CHETTINAD PEPPER CHICKEN

I cooked this dish yesterday 
The recipe is simply out of the world. I have eaten this dish so many times, but I feel great as I cooked it for the 1st time. Of course I did not have the expert guidance at my kitchen, which is very much necessary  when one makes the 1st attempt on this famous dish.

UPMA

There are numerous ways of making Upma. This recipe by Prasu is very nice. The Mustard &  Cumin combo seasoning was new to me as I always used only Mustard.
The Upma was just too good and finished in no time.

ARISHA PITHA

I liked this traditional Oriya Pitha and finally made it after some research. I got lot of information from the above site . Thank you so much Somoo!!! The taste came out so good...Need to fine tune a bit more.
